How long is travel time to Lancaster Place?

Steps in Buying This House

3. If you like the location, choose the lot and block and request for a computation of that unit.
4. After reviewing the computation, the chosen unit must be reserved by paying the corresponding reservation fee.
5. During reservation, Bank or InHouse documents will be given for signature.
6. After reservation, wait for 30 - 45 days for the start of your first downpayment.
7. As you pay your first downpayment, bring and submit all the documents given during reservation.
